Bought the shiraz to use for cooking a bolognese but now it says temporarily out of stock
You should try using a white, like a sav blanc, tried it once and never used red again
Bolognese traditionally is made with white wine. And not beef. And not much tomato. It's not the same as what most people think of when talking about Bolognese
a bit like pizza marinara actually having no seafood!
Shiraz is not the right wine to use. Try a 1/4 cup of cab sav
