Porting out of Woolworths Mobile - Where Is The Account Number?

I'm trying to port out of Woolworths Mobile to Amaysim and they are asking for the account number.

I'm on the monthly $25 prepaid sim and logged into the Woolworths mobile app. Is it the Account Reference Number, SIM number or PUK number?

Also does anyone know how many times can you get the 10% discount if you are not paying the monthly bill?

    Isnt account number only applicable for a postpaid service port?

    For amaysim, your account number is the same as your amaysim service number (your mobile phone number).
    • Example: If your amaysim number is 04xx xxx xxx, that’s what you provide as the account number.

    • Thanks, but amaysim is asking for the Woolies account number.

  • You only need an account number if you are on a post paid account. Prepaid you only need to indicate who the current provider is. I have switched heaps of times and never an issue with multiple providers.
    You may be selecting post paid during sign up.
