Good product but lacking at this point. I got this year's ago upon launch, the balanced armature and Knowles drivers are great. Battery life is a big downside though.
Also have the Neobuds Pro 2 that added multipoint in a firmware update, but battery life is measly somewhat worse than the first generation.
Neobuds Pro 3 just released that only really has improved battery life. Not worth it.
