This offer is promoted by Queensland Motorways Management Pty Ltd (ABN 86 010 630 921) ("Linkt") and fulfilled by 7-Eleven Stores Pty Ltd (ABN 48 005 299 427) ‘Building 2’ 658 Church Street, Richmond VIC 3121, Australia ("7-Eleven").
The term of this offer remains open until withdrawn by 7-Eleven or Linkt ("Offer Period"). Linkt will notify earlier withdrawal or expiry of the Offer Period by providing reasonable prior notice:
on its website; and
in its App(s) or through an email to its customers.
Under this offer an ongoing 6 cent per litre fuel discount will be offered to individuals as determined by 7-Eleven and Linkt to be Eligible Claimants who follow the redemption steps (“Offer”). The Offer can be redeemed on a maximum of 100 litres of fuel in a transaction, in up to two transactions in any 24 hour period. The rate of discount and barcode use period will be as set out in the Linkt App during the Offer Period to those individuals, subject to change with prior notice and also subject to the Exceptions at clause 4a below.

The Offer will not apply where you have a valid Fuel Price Lock and scan your My7Eleven App as part of the transaction. Where you have a valid Fuel Price Lock and scan that in the same transaction, the Fuel Price Lock will be applied to the transaction and not the Offer.
You cannot redeem any other 7-Eleven promotion or My7Eleven App offer (such as meal deals or loyalty offers) in a transaction where this Offer is redeemed.
This Offer cannot be stacked with any other discount fuel offer offered to you in whole or part by 7-Eleven. You must only present the fuel discount offer you wish to have applied to your transaction. Where multiple offers are presented, the application of the offer will be at the discretion of 7-Eleven.
This Offer does not apply to LPG or AdBlue products.
This Offer is not exchangeable or transferable or redeemable for cash.
This Offer is not valid for Fleet Card, 7-Eleven Fuel Card, Motorpass or Motorcharge transactions.
From time to time 7-Eleven may make available limited time promotions with greater discount or other benefits which will have additional conditions (“Additional Offers”). Linkt will publish details of Additional Offers on the Linkt website, and the Linkt App. Linkt may also email you with details of the Additional Offer(s) if you are opted in to receive marketing communications from Linkt. Additional Offers are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
To receive the Offer, you must:
agree to these Terms and Conditions.
be a Linkt Rewards Program member with an active account (the Offer is not available to commercial account customers or customers whose accounts are suspended);
consent to 7-Eleven sharing your redemption information with Linkt in accordance with the Offer Privacy Collection Statement provided in the Linkt App and;
comply with the redemption steps set in these Terms and Conditions, to be eligible to claim the Offer ("Eligible Claimant"). Linkt reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether you are an Eligible Claimant.
To obtain the Offer, an Eligible Claimant must comply with the following redemption steps, within the Promotion Period:
Log in to your account via the Linkt App and follow the instructions to reveal the discount offer barcode. Eligible Claimants are required to accept the offer terms and conditions and privacy collection statement;
Visit any 7-Eleven operated service station in Australia and fill up your vehicle with a minimum of 2 litres (offer excludes LPG and AdBlue)
Enter the 7-Eleven operated service station store and, whilst in-store:
have a smartphone or tablet screen with internet connection, and access to the Offer on the Linkt App whilst in-store; and
present the barcode (on your smartphone or tablet screen) under the customer facing barcode reader when ready to pay. Subject to the Exceptions, the discount will be automatically applied to the fuel price. Pay the discounted price for the fuel.
Each barcode may be used only during the ‘Offer Period’ and will expire 30 minutes after it has been activated in the Linkt App. Eligible Claimants can redeem each barcode once. Eligible Claimants can redeem two (2) barcodes per 24 hour period. If the barcode is not scanned within 30 minutes, the barcode will expire, and a new barcode must be generated. Once the maximum number of barcodes have been scanned, no further barcodes will be generated in the 24 hour period.
Linkt reserves the right to vary, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If Linkt varies, amends or replaces these Terms and Conditions, it will provide you with reasonable prior notice in accordance with clause 2.
The conditions or exceptions that apply to your use of this Offer under these Terms and Conditions will be those that apply as at the time of redeeming the barcode at the 7-Eleven operated service station store.
You agree and acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that claiming the offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The 7-Eleven service station reserves the right to refuse processing the discount offered on the basis of irresponsible mobile or other device use on the forecourt or any dangerous or potentially unsafe or illegal behaviour by you or failure by you to comply with the redemption steps.
If for any reason any aspect of this Offer is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of 7-Eleven or Linkt, either of these entities may in their sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Offer and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify the discount in this Offer. 7-Eleven may refuse to process the Offer where the barcode is clearly affected by error, eg the barcode inadvertently reports a saving greater than the benefit in the Offer.
If an issue has occurred and you are unable to redeem the Offer even though you are an Eligible Claimant, obtain and retain a store transaction receipt for proof of purchase; take a screen shot of the barcode; and email your receipt and the screenshot of the barcode to 7-Eleven Customer Service at 24-7customerservice@7eleven.com.au.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
if you have and do use your tablet or smartphone to redeem the offer, that you only use that device safely in-store at 7-Eleven and correctly redeem the discount;
you are able to read and open the offer in the Linkt App at the time you wish to access the discount barcode; and
you acknowledge that no WI-FI or internet or mobile data access will be provided at the 7-Eleven service station and that 7-Eleven and Linkt make no representation or claim in relation to any of the responsibilities set out in this clause and that the responsibilities are outside of 7-Eleven or Linkt’s control. You are solely responsible for having the relevant equipment and services to access the offer via mobile app in-store on a device such as smartphone and valid internet service to their device.
Any fuel dispensed without a valid barcode, or in circumstances where a valid barcode will not scan as contemplated by the Offer, will need to be purchased at the pump price.
7-Eleven and Linkt reserves the right to disqualify you from this Offer in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions
Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
7-Eleven and Linkt and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Offer or accepting or using any offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
Subject to clause 14, you agree and acknowledge that the Eligible Claimant’s sole and exclusive remedy for any problems or dissatisfaction with the Offer is to cease participation in the Offer, except where otherwise provided by law.
This Offer is to be used by the Eligible Claimant only and not to be distributed or shared by any means. Where the Eligible Claimant distributes or shares their barcode in contravention of this provision, the Eligible Claimant will be liable for all loss or damage caused or contributed to by this breach.
The governing law and jurisdiction of these Terms and Conditions is Queensland, Australia.
