yes, but this one doesn't have the master switch, which can be handy for cutting power to all outlets at once.

@Rogerwilco: Are you talking about the board or the extension cord? I’m talking about the latter

            • @sauce2k: Extension cords, as that's what you were talking about. I just checked again and now the pink and grey cords are available. Weird.

  • Thank you op. Exactly what I needed. You reading my mind.

  • I just grabbed a powerboard and lead from kmart hornsby, still few in stock

    • Ooft thanks. Pink would’ve been nicer in the nursery but blue is okay.

  • Are Braided Sheath better than normal?

  • +3

Aren't power board with surge protection better?

    • +1

Generally yes, but there are still cases where surge protection can interfere with proper operation and a plain old powerboard is better, e.g:

      • Adding extra sockets to a UPS
      • Daisy chaining powerboards (responsibly…)
      • Cruise ships

Yeah i should get bunnings instead oh well maybe will return mine.

  • does anyone know length of the cord for the powerboard? It looks very short.

    • Just a guess, but looks about 60cm to me.

  • powerboard OOS

  • +1

Arlec 4-Outlet Powerboard is pretty chunky, heavy as a normal 4 straight, wouldn't recommend.

  • got my order in but got refunded today due to no stock. hope everyone has better luck!

    • Got refunded too.
