This promotion is open to members who have successfully activated the bonus offer within their Cashrewards 'For You' page ("Eligible Entrants") and is valid between 21 August 2025 12am AEST and 26 August 11:59pm AEST ("Promotional Period"). To qualify for the 5% bonus cashback, Eligible Entrants must complete a single eligible purchase at Woolworths Online using a Cashrewards platform during the Promotional Period with a minimum spend of $220 ("Qualifying Purchase"). A Qualifying Purchase excludes the purchase of ineligible items as set out in the Woolworths Online Store special terms, any items offered via Everyday Market from Woolworths, or items with a 0% cashback rate at the time of purchase. Where an Eligible Entrant makes a Qualifying Purchase, they will receive the applicable bonus cashback (based on minimum spend requirements) in addition to the advertised store cashback rate that applies to the Qualifying Purchase.

Bonus cashback is calculated on the value of the Qualifying Purchase, inclusive of GST but exclusive of delivery and other fees. Eligible Entrants may track the progress of the bonus at any time on the 'For You' page in the Cashrewards website or app. Bonus will only appear under 'My Rewards', and be paid into the Eligible Entrant's Cashrewards account, after the associated Qualifying Purchase is approved by the store. Cashrewards Terms of Use apply to the use of the Cashrewards platform and any associated purchase. Bonus is limited to one per Cashrewards account. Additional purchases do not qualify for additional bonuses. Fraudulent or other activity in violation of the Cashrewards Terms of Use will result in rewards being forfeited and accounts closed.

Cashback is ineligible on the following:
Orders under $50.
Woolworths Online orders over $1000.
Business purchases.
Use of Everyday Extras Benefit or Everyday Rewards.
Purchases made via the Woolworths app
Packaging (eg. paper bags for groceries).
Cashback ineligible for the purchases that have tobacco items.
Purchases of gift cards
Use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
Purchase that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
Fraudulent transactions.
Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.
