Anyone using the TCL 75" P7K with plex?
if so, when using the TV internal speakers and playing a file with AAC audio do you notice the audio is slightly out of sync? (on direct play)
I have the TCL C755 and C655 with all the same setting on plex and they play fine but the P7K is slightly out of sync on all my files with AAC audio on plex.
like half a second out of sync.
youtube app and all other files on plex not using AAC are in sync.

Hi just checked and the digital audio out is set to PCM.
Server is up to date and works fine on my other TV. Looks like it only has issues with AAC audio.
So id say its not a plex issue
Tried update for tcl and a factory reset and same issue.Bummer. What about if you force transcoding?
Yeah that works but puts strain on the server. Might have to for now until i hear back from tcl. Thanks
I use the Apple TV and don’t have any issues. I’d recommend using an external device if possible. Apps on TVs always seem to have some sort of issue. There could also be an update available for your Plex server that may possibly solve the issue.
Also try this.
• Navigate to Settings → Audio.
• Look for S/PDIF and ARC/eARC options and ensure PCM Stereo is selected. This forces simpler, direct audio handling and often resolves sync issues.
