if you can wait three months, then you don't need to purchase indeed, the 4k then 8k TV on the way to the market, so, wait loner to get 8k TV might be better off, at least fund in the bank still earn good interest payment.

I wish 8K was 'on the way to the market', but they've actually been available for a few years and are now leaving the market due to lack of demand. You can't even get LG Nanocell 8Ks which used to be available everywhere and were cheaper than OLED 4Ks. Are you aware of any new models coming up beyond the usual Samsungs?
If you are interested in specific items, track their pricing months ahead. Some Black Friday 'deals' have the RRP jacked up then a fake discount applied.
You can get legitimate discounts when a new model is released by a manufacturers and at EOFY.
