PRIZE POOL

a. The Major Prize Winner, selected at random, will be awarded a prize as described below:

(i) Two (2) x adult return Business Class tickets on Qatar Airways departing the winners nearest international airport served by the airline to the destination of the chosen experience as part of clause 10.a.iii.
(ii) A luxury 2-night Qatar stopover including accommodation, transfers to and from the hotel/airport in Doha, and a Discover Doha City Tour included.
(iii) The choice of:
1. A Paris Saint-Germain VIP match day experience in the Qatar Airways suite and three (3) nights accommodation in Paris, or
2. A Inter Milan VIP match day experience in the Qatar Airways suite and three (3) nights accommodation in Milan.

b. In addition to the Major Prize, weekly minor prize winners will be randomly selected throughout the Promotional Period. Each minor prize winner will receive a Sydney Swans Merchandise and Ticketing Pack valued at up to AUD $200.

c. The total prize value is AUD $42,000.

d. The following conditions apply to the Major Prize:
(i) The prize travel must be booked by 31 November 2025.
(ii) Prize travel must be completed by 31 March 2026, subject to blackout periods as stated below (e)
(iii) Once prize ticket is issued, no changes are allowed.
(iv) Prize tickets are inclusive of all relevant taxes and surcharges.
(v) Seats may not be available during peak seasons, school holidays, public holidays and are subject to availability. Blackout periods apply. (Outbound from Australia: 4 December 2025 – 17 January 2026. Inbound to Australia: 4 December 2025 – 7 February 2026).
(vi) The winner must provide three preferred travel dates (outbound and inbound) when requesting a booking in line with the fixtures of the chosen experience as part of clause 10.a.iii.
(vii) If the prize winner is located outside of the departure city, all travel to and from this location will be at the winner’s own expense.
(viii) The prize does not include all accommodation and airport transfers. Please read the prize inclusions carefully.
(ix) The prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, excess baggage, travel tests or any other costs of a personal nature not stated. These will be at the winner’s own expense.
(x) The winner will not accrue any frequent flyer points on the prize travel, nor will they have access to Premium airport lounges
(xi) The prize cannot be exchanged for goods or cash, nor can it be sold to any other person, and is non transferrable. The prize cannot be upgraded to a higher class of travel
(xii) Qatar Airways takes no responsibility for any liability that may result from, or is claimed to have resulted from, the acceptance or use of this prize.
(xiii) Entrants must hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months’ validity at the time of travel. All documentation and paperwork required for travel, as required by the relevant governments, are the responsibility of the winner and travel companion. Qatar Airways reserves the right to refuse travel if such documentation is not correct or is missing.
