This deal is mostly for existing customers cuz for new customers I would rather wait for 100% cashback deals.

Any amounts you pay using Gift Card, Voucher, Promo or store credits will not qualify for Cashback. The balance you pay using card or cash will still be eligible. If the balance is $0, you'll not earn Cashback on the purchase.

      wow 35% uncapped is great though, planning to buy some ipad thing so 35% back is great!

      whats the issue people have been getting? issues with getting the cashback approved from shopback/temu?

        We all said ot already. Wheel. Meaning it is all about gambling and luck. 100 people say they have no issues, 100 others say avoid. Your choice.

        I bought 2 things from Temu from one of the Shopback new and existing promo. The new transaction tracked. The second transaction during the same promo which I think is considered existing didn't. I tried buying from Temu again during another Shopback promo for existing users and again it didn't track. Others on here have commented that it tracked for them as existing users.

        When you ask Shopback to investigate, they will give you $20 cashback just to keep you happy. So if your transaction didn't track, that will be the cashback you are getting. For me, $20 was much less than 35% cashback for both transactions so be prepared for that.

      They only pay when I use the 'scan' code in retail shops or vouchers.

      Always an issue with online purchases.

    Better stick with TCB. I criticise TCB before but at least they give me my Cashback for Temu. Still waiting for my SB inquiry response and it’s been months.

    I've used shopback for Temu a couple of times and no tracking issues. I have had tracking issues with TCB and Temu (but TCB paid out the claim without issue).

      Both have been fine for me. About 4 orders on ShopBack and 6 on TopCashBack. One didn't track on TCB but was added after I disputed.

      Temu always seems to take ~24 hours to track though.

    Just got tracking from my order yesterday afternoon. I struggle to get Temu and TCB working but my last 3 out of 4 have tracked with Shopback via the iOS app. My steps:

    Wi-Fi off
    Shopback App iOS
    Through to Temu website via Shopback App
    Nothing in cart - Add everything from Wishlist
    Checkout

      Mine tracked each item individually. First time Temu tracking has done this, but maybe that will mean we can finally return that one item that just sucks without sacrificing the whole cashback.

        Actually now you mention it mine did the same. But it was the first time I've also noticed differing shipments in the actual order on Temu. One says it's coming from Temu, the other two items say coming from local warehouses

          They’ve been promoting the local warehouse thing a bit more recently. Things that are larger or just sold by local retailers listing on Temu, etc.

          It’s sometimes annoying as your $40 min spend is exclusive of local retailers, who charge $2.99 shipping if you don’t reach minimums.
