$70 cheaper than the last deal.

Sharing it because I want it to be sold out before my temptation takes control of me.

Godspeed.

Not mixing it up for the IPS version?

Why are you telling us then? Is that an apple thing?

      Not hating, just asking.

        What's a computer? 🤓

      • Was just comparing the price it costs to this monitor

Well if that's the case, then I bought a Xiaomi 34" ultra wide 1440p Monitor 5 years ago and it's great for its age. And I play games.

        • Watermelon was $2.90/kg. My wife plays PUBG on mobile. My favourite colour is blue.

      ok

It's a great display, would be better than this objectively. A lot better in some ways. I'd be happy with this one though, would be great for retro games with the Retrotink.

Are you saying the apple display is better or the deal is better because the deal is 100% better than apples display

        • -1

Deal resolution is 2560x1440, Studio Display is 5120x2880. The Apple has better colour accuracy, it's made of carefully milled aluminium and not just the plastic frame and stand like cheaper monitors. I do work in sRGB so a monitor targeted for sRGB is ideal for me. If these monitors were the same price as each other I'd buy the Studio Display.

@AustriaBargain: "carefully milled" … sorry, what else were you saying shill?

            • -1

@Ranike: The deal monitor is made of cast plastic, just like the cheapest monitors you'll find. The Apple monitor is made of a block of aluminium that has been carved into the shapes needed. I guess you might need to see and touch it in person to really understand the difference.

you can get the new 280Hz version for $800 just FYI.

This. Paying $829 for a second hand QHD OLED monitor is in no way a deal.

I bought yesterday for $680 with student email (graduated 9 years ago XD)

      • how?

        • +1

Dell are offering a 15% student discount but seems you only need a valid .edu email

  • Would this be better than the gigabyte mo27q2?
