A very interesting and cool looking watch if you like retro style.

At slightly over $100 delivered, I think it is a no brainer!

  • I think slap it on an ss bracelet and you got an interesting piece.

To also save a click it appears this is the only timex piece on sale.

  • I added it to cart but the cart is empty, maybe oos

Looks like it's out of stock, congrats to whoever picked up a piece!
Amazon still has it for $139 which is still a great deal, as most places are selling this for $200+.

And 11% cashback from top cashback

  • It's a rather smart watch with lug to lug under 42?

      Its French.

  • Personally dont waste your time buying Timex, for another $100 or more you could get a nicer piece like seiko. Timex isnt what they used to be atleast the last 5 to 10 years.. quality control had gone to sh*t for this watch brand.. If you want a beater casio is always/most of the time on sale for under $100 and $50

    • I disagree. I’ve bought a handful of Timex over the last couple of years and found them acceptable quality. I would most definitely agree the RRP is enthusiastic on their part so never buy at full price; my beater is an Expedition 3-hand I picked up for under $60. Plus, it has Indiglo, and Casio simply cannot beat that. They CAN have a loud tick, though, but I don’t think that puts them in the ‘avoid’ category. (Has anyone listened to a Swatch lately? That’s even louder!)

Actually the opposite, Timex have been doing some great releases and interesting retro reissues, it's easy to get them on a good deal too (around 50% off). I've got a couple and the quartz keeps great time (I've got a Batman Timex Q GMT with acrylic crystal, looks and wears great & only owes me $120).

You'd be lucky to get a Seiko 5 for $250 - $300 and they aren't anything special. Day date autos are tedious to set as well.

I like Seiko as much as the next man but if you know you know.

    • They, like a lot of other manufacturers, have been chasing the lowest cost of assembly in Asia. Their main assembly hub used to be in Cebu, Phillipines and they have diversified to China and India.

  • That's cheap, even the Amazon deal is a great price for that.

I got the other one from iconic for under $200. I prefer it and it's a bit smaller (1971 reissue).

Can't go wrong with either but definitely put a different strap on it.
