Is Khao pad kapow very spicy?
I think it all depends on what you can tolerate. I cannot comment on this exact dish from Dodee Paidang, but I've had the dish at other Thai restaurants in Melbourne. Say if a restaurant puts chilli icons on the dishes in the menu, a dish like this would probably have a single chilli icon on it, so a little bit spicy, but not too spicy
If you want a better comparison, if you can tolerate these things, you should be OK:
* Hot and spicy chicken from KFC (which is a bit difficult to access in Melbourne)
* Shin ramyun with half the spice packet
