My local runs out of chooks around now most days. Placed order ok.
Tried ordering a macro chook for same price - none left. Last time they substituted ordinary chook + free 1.25l coke
Don't grab any as soon as they sell them after 11AM… I did that because it took over a week for milkrun to stock more in my area. The chicken should have been cooked longer or left on display for another hour or two tops. The chicken was so soft and wet in the middle of it that it was uneatable. Lesson learnt.
Also I wish they'd cut the chicken in half by default and get rid of that black elastic around the drumsticks…
got lazy and ordered one so that I could have a ready to eat dinner. Got substituted with a chicken pasta that needs to be cooked in the oven for 1 hour :D
