Hi ozbargainers,

Recently missing out this deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/918055/comments) and been looking for something good to comes up.
After searching I can see costco has Apple MacBook Pro 16 Inch With M3 Pro Chip 12 Core CPU 18 Core GPU 512GB 18GB sold for $2799.

Compare to the previous deal it is $500 buckets more. Tempting to hit the trigger but also want to hear what people think.
I believe a new chip is going to release end of Oct or early Nov and likely to see some sales on the M4 too.
Keen to hear what people thinks.

Appreciate any thoughts.

    I’m in a similar position of heartbreak for missing that past deal and saw the Costco one but the price is not good enough for me. Only 250 more to get the M4 pro with 24gb ram in the 14 inch on edu store. If you need 16 inches it’s a better deal, but that’s a bit large for me

      For 16 inches, it is the best price currently. Other vendors all sell over 3200$. Waiting is one thing, the other thing is that we might miss out again on a great deal next time

    See if jbhifi will price match.
    JBHifi have a 30(?) day price guarantee so if it does drop in price then they will refund the difference

      Thanks for the reply. JBHIFI doesn't sell M3 chips - Macbook anymore
