  The Gourmet range is poor quality IMO. I bought a set a few years ago. Sold them and got the classic set which I still have and use today.

    You are right. But many people don't know the difference. Though, I have the whole Wusthof Gourmet and Classic and I still use the Gourmet because I take care of my knives.
