The Battle of Polytopia

This is an award winning strategy game about controlling the map, fighting enemy tribes, discovering new lands and mastering new technologies. You take on the role as the ruler of a tribe and attempt to build a civilization in a turn based competition with the other tribes.

The ∑∫ỹriȱŋ are known for using their powers to lure woodland denizens to their Sanctuaries for profit, bargain with awesome dragons, and enchant animals into soldiers to help them fight.

      Free, but you pay to unlock additional teams. Played it ages ago, it's alright. Fun, but largely unmemorable. Main interesting thing is that it's Elon Musk's favourite game.

    This is my go to game for killing time on a plane. It is simple enough to re-pick up when you haven't played for a while and can eat up an hour easily enough.

    Be careful, this game is very addictive. I downloaded it so many times, spent 1-2h on a single game, just to furiously delete it after.
