Jerry: "Don't you see what's going on here? No boxers, no Jockeys."
Elaine: "Ohhh."
Jerry: "The only thing between him and us, is a thin layer of gabardine. Kramer, say it isn't so."
Kramer: "Oh, it be so. I'm out there, Jerry, and I'm loving every minute of it!"
I'm like a boy roaming the countryside
I disagree… I like my underwear to hold my balls, so I choose briefs, trunks, or boxer briefs with support. Many boxers offer no support at all, which make them very uncomfortable scrotum wise.
Also:
"Varicocele affects 15-20% of all males and is found in a significantly higher percentage of men with infertility, approximately 40% of infertile males. The prevalence increases with age, suggesting an age-related factor may contribute to its development. "
So scrotum support is likely to be beneficial for this 20% to 40% of the scrotum-owners population (increases with age), be it with briefs, boxers, or anything in between.
It's definitely a good thing that we have options for everyone 😂
Nobody who is concerned about fertility should wear briefs or trunks, the entire point of them being located (very inconveniently) outside of the body is temperature regulation, it's like putting a rug over a ducted heating vent because it looks ugly.
Briefs are the worst of every world, they compress rather than support, they cause jock itch, they're terrible for fertility and heat management, and they do nothing for chafing. Especially for varicocele where heat management and blood flow is already difficult, you want to lift not compress.
Bamboo boxer-briefs with an anatomical pouch are great, truly one of the best inventions of the modern era.
why not wearing both? one inside and one outside with a cape? :P
Trunks all the way.
Briefs are too short and risk of wedgies is high. Boxers are too baggy and gets super uncomfortable with the bunched up fabric, and they don't really work with shorts. Trunks are just right - no wedgies and not baggy.
sorry i was meant to say trunks i agree not too slim not too baggy is the best
Matching Big W? https://www.bigw.com.au/product/bonds-men-s-hipster-briefs-4…
5 pairs $16 at WW, better value.
Bonds 40% is a common thing
yeah it's virtually the normal price
Yeah, half price at Coles and WW this week… $16 for 5.
Standard once a month special
Who keeps buying briefs to warrant them manufacturing them? There is not a single reason to wear an inferior garment that is only going to ride up your thighs and cut into your balls. Trunks solved this problem back before Christ was born. Stop trying to make briefs a thing.
I don't recommend these. I've had mine a couple years and my undies were half way down my arse all day yesterday (disclaimer: i was wearing pants).
The garter don't last and bacon out eventually.
I went for the good' ol action cotton: https://amzn.asia/d/3jnWh05
I've had those bad boys the same time as the hipster briefs and they're stil good and reliable.
I have had my latest Hipster Briefs for about the same time and they’re fine. But I buy 30 at a time and only wear them once a month.
Yes they are nowhere near as good as they were ten years ago. I’m not looking forward to when I replace these as Bonds next cost cutting or efficiency effort on them will be brutal. There is not much left to “optimise”
once you try boxer you cant go back to brief
