Was snacking on these bad boys when I searched it on Amazon and found this deal so I bought more.
Some may say it's too sweet but it must be better for you than Tim Tams.

$7.95 for a pack at Woolworths, $3.95 at Coles at the moment (same price per bar as this deal).

    They are half price at Coles , potentially a bit cheaper than this. Just tried the pistachio dark chocolate ones - amazing

      Carman's Salted Dark Choc & Almond Gourmet Protein Bars 5 Pack | 200g is 14.7 g per 100g of sugar.. That would be the best option

      This one only has 18g but it also has 25g of protein and 8g of fiber

    The macronutrient ratio is really bad on this for a 'protein' bar. A standard protein musli bar from the breakfast isle will give you the same thing (half the fat and sugar) at half the price.

    This ratio is:
    10g Protein, 10g Fat (3.2g saturated), 12.9g carbs.

    The proper protein bars are double the protein and generally 2/3 of the fat and you can pick them up for $2.5 a bar when on sale. They have the same calories too as fats have more than double the calories (9) as protein (4) or carbs (4).

    I would give this a hard pass if you are looking for healthy.
