      Customer service is terrible, at least when me or my family had to fly with them.

      Both times a 6h layover was changed to a 19h layover and they did not want to provide a hotel or any help. It was not a big deal when I was flying but for my older parents, yes it is.

      Ended up spending $400+ for a tiny hotel room. That was about 3 years ago. No idea did they improve since then…

    March is probably the best time of the year to go to Venice IMO. A short train ride from Milan. Weather was cool ish but totally fine with a light jacket and the crowds are small (for Venice) after the Carnival.

      The top part of Italy is great. The Cinque Terra, Lake Como, Florence and Venice. Florence is an absolute must see. We stayed in an air BnB for four days in Venice in October last year and found the crowds thin out considerably in the evenings. Beautiful city to wander around at night.
