This is a pretty great deal - on average these will sell for $6 to $8 individually at your local supps or convenience store.

why do you insist on leaving your uneducated opinion on every single post on this website?

  • Which are best?

Why do supplement and nutrition stores sell energy drinks now? Do they actually contain good supplements for someone who is working out, or is it just the boost of energy that they are after? I have never really seen these cans where you find other energy drinks so I am wondering if they are essentially just pre-workout carbonated in a can, or something else.

Basically yeah, just sugarfree pre-workout in a can. Generally people who aren't working out need quite as large of a doseage

Yeah that makes sense. For $2 a can, some of these flavours look like they would be worth a shot to try something different, but I am sure that these are probably way overboard for someone who doesn't plan on working out and also doesn't consume much in terms of energy drinks.

  • Thanks OP

  • If I'm doing a long run or a big work out, often I'll have a mushashi energy drink like this one… Does anyone have any experience with the ones at Nutrition Warehouse and how they compare as that's a sharp price if they're comparable?

suggest read the label, check for b6 content.
as I understand some of these might have what is now considered too much.

I don't think this page will mention that specifically, but here for background:
