    No SMS here yet, I normally get them. I did have something weird with my account though when they did the update recently and had two accounts with the same email address, one without any purchase history etc. Wonder if that's caused an issue.

    Strange, I have purchased many times online but it says my account is new?

    After re-verifying my mail and mobile, all my online orders have disappeared, but in store orders are there. Guess in store orders are linked to mobile number.

    Did Good Guys upgrade their CRM recently? They might have screwed up data migration, lost or overwritten orders linked to email addresses.

      Yes, they did. I also had to reverify and lost some orders, but they must be somewhere because the online orders are linked to gold services memberships and I'm still getting rewards for those.
