    $99.00 @ Amazon 😉

      Mate, you're too good haha!

We only listed on Amazon a few days ago and were testing different pricing and visibility features, and forgot to change it back (rip). Didn't even remember it was there.

We'll still honour any purchases on Amazon, although keep in mind that the gift and bonuses from this OzBargain deal will not apply.

Leave a review on Amazon if it helps!

There are other similar brands at amazon selling around $50. So not sure if this is really a bargain. Also the other brands have red light therapy incorporated as well.

        • +1

Fair question. We’ve seen those cheaper units too. Main differences are:

          • Ours heats up to 60°C in under 3 minutes (a lot of the $50 units don’t get past lukewarm).

          • Up to 5 hours battery life vs. weak batteries needing constant charging.

          • Built-in safety auto shut-off timer - helps prevent overheating, rarely included in low-cost devices.

          • Cheaper red light models are often bulkier and not very practical to wear when moving. Ours are designed with mobility in mind, so you can actually move around while getting relief.

          • 2-year warranty, Aussie support, and 30-day free returns with AusPost tracking. Most cheap sellers don’t offer any of that.

We’re not trying to compete with $50 imports - our focus is on reliability, safety, and support if something goes wrong. That’s where the extra cost goes.

Sorry but you haven't come to OzRipOff.

As I read this, there is no benefit. You include the extension strap in amazon details. If someone has Prime, amazon shipping is free.

Thus for an extra $30 you only throw in a mystery item you value at $25?

Hope you have a better story because right now this is not presenting as a deal.

        • Mate, we already acknowledged it as a pricing error.

Amazon is new to us and the listing, when first made, wasn't showing up in searches. So we experimented with different prices to see if it affected visibility. Then we forgot about it. Our other product (Heated Back Massager) listing still doesn't show up.

We know how much Ozbargainers enjoy pricing errors and since it was discovered by one of you guys, we decided to honour the Amazon purchases that came through. And we're copping Amazon fees on top of that too.

@piyJ: How about this then. You have been trying to flog your wares at this prices since your last post 29/06/2025. So again, not a deal.

At best case, this is your regular retail price.

But wait / it's worse. Last time your sale was for $129. but you said this was $60 off your RRP. And now your RRP is 209…

            https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/912948

Good you have understood Ozbargain loves a deal. Please work on clearing up the shady marketing and attitude.

For instance to do honest sales on something like this, you might properly identify yourself/the physio group that apparently developed this, you would need to link to your legitimate identities, and tell your story. Also you would have your ABN clearly displayed. Oh, and then of course come back with an actual sale.

  • Ordered $99 via Amazon. Will try it and return if it doesn't work

    • +1

I'm in the same boat. The moment I searched on Amazon this was more than double the price of other listings.

    • Can find it on Amazon only other Chinese brand? Do you have the link? Thanks. Thinking of getting one for my aunt’s knee.

      • +1

        https://amzn.asia/d/iRsybda

        Price changed to 129 now

        • I'm returning mine, bought it for my mother, she says it doesn't help at all. The return process is longer and the seller has to review the reason for return and appears to be able to reject return requests based on what I'm seeing on Amazon.

          • @BariBariRaida: The product is exactly a replica of Rejuvaknee which is sold cheapest on ebay between sub $30-$40.
Even after the discount, their mark up price can still cover multiple free returns and still make a big profit!!

            • @Blurayz: Yeah I read the comments after buying. Luckily Amazon's returns aren't as annoying as eBay.

This is the suitable for me right now. Thank you so much for sharing.

Another business trying to off load their aliexpress products by inflating their RRP to make it look like a deal.

A quick google search and you can get the same thing for around 20-30$ on Aliexpress although this might be some newer model which seems to be only on alibaba at the moment (albeit with the brand name added and I assume better QC)

Edit: For those interested search up "Rejuvaknee" on ebay plenty sub 30$. Seems to be the newer units and there are a bunch with similar names all selling the same thing.

    • +1

OMG, I was ripped then. Exactly same product with extra logo on top :(

  • Well this was a scam. Returned the item and only received a partial refund. Lost $37.

    • -1

Sorry to hear you had that experience.

To clarify, Amazon’s return policy applies a return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns, and a restocking fee if parts are missing or the packaging is damaged - in this case the item was sent back without any shipping box/satchel contrary to return instructions, so it arrived damaged. If the item were faulty or defective, you would have been entitled to a full refund.

I know it can be frustrating, but this is Amazon’s standard policy rather than a product-specific “scam.”

If you would like us to investigate further, please feel free to DM us.

      • It was shipped back in the original box it came in. A plastic parcel bag would not have made a difference what so ever. Your company claimed it was damaged to reap the $37. You can make all the excuses in the world to justify the company's actions of keeping 37$ but in the eyes of the consumer, they very much just got screwed.
