My Cashback Offers Disappearing from Citi Mobile

Just got a notification from Citi:

Effective 1 October 2025, My Cashback offers will no longer be available in the Citi Mobile App. All eligible transactions made prior to 1 October 2025 will be fulfilled within 14 calendar days provided you have met the T&Cs.

Another perk gone… feels like having a Citibank credit card just keeps getting worse over time. First they trimmed benefits here and there, now cashback offers too.

Anyone else think Citi is becoming less competitive compared to the other banks?

  I found this surprising. I assumed that these are at no cost to the credit card.
