There will be 100+ new roborock models by then, and this one will be "end of life".
It will never drop to $999. The Revo Master clearance dropped to $1,400. I think the pricing will be the same for all top model. We should see the Edge sale for $1,400 in black friday sales.

@cednlh: Yes they did as the upper left corner have name and address details. Also no questions asked. I went to the guy there, showed the bill and said can you do the same thing and he went in checked and said yes. No questions nothing. Try another store or another rep.

@cednlh: JB and HN will not match it. I went to both as well and JB offered 1720 and HN offered 1620. Your best chance will be in TGG only. I think it just depends on the rep you get.

OzBargains is a forum upon which people post receipts of great deals they got, but more than half are the result of bullying sales people or a purchase they made after a return, or a few other things happened in the store that we don't know.Web chat refused the price and offered $1695, (while claiming we bullied the sales people… lol) also claiming that no date on the receipt was an issue. Would anyone be able to share their copy of the receipt with name/address blurred out but date visible? Thanks!

Been using it for 2 weeks everything is ok but it can't avoid sucking charging cables .. I am very surprised..
Got mine controlled by HA, goes off cleaning and then mopping certain rooms as soon as it detects the house is empty and returns if it detects somebody has arrived home. Our floors have been spotless since we've had it, best purchase in a long time.

Nothing plug and play. It's a combo of roborock and asusrouter integration, and a couple of custom scripts that took me a few hours to configure.

Can it tell the difference between carpet and floorboards automatically? We have rooms with carpet in the middle and floorboards on the edges. Thanks very much
yep it increases the suction automatically when it detects it's on carpet/rug.
How to add detergent to the machine, and does it automatically dispense it or need to do it manually everytime?

I'd say if you were on a budget and just wanted a great vacuum and mop without fancy AI obstacle avoidance or voice commands (which dont work that well anyway) then get the Q revo C for 900 including extra insurance at JB. much better value

But just asked them for the best deal and they came very close to this deal. Call around to your local stores, and then try some more dealish stores that might be a tad further away
@RossRoss: I would share my invoice but I did buy something else at the time so they may look at it as a package deal, which it wasn't but they won't listen.
