Yesterday got eBay plus fees annual fees deducted and we were away, didn't realize and didn't get any notifications for upcoming fees.
Don't use eBay plus and want to cancel and ask for a refund but can't seem to find a way to chat to ask for it.
Can somebody advise steps on eBay help to get through a chat please.

Thanks, this reminded me I needed to chase them up for my $30 non-cancellation voucher which never arrived.
Anyway I went here - https://www.ebay.com.au/sub/manage, then clicked Cancel Subscription on the lower left, then it takes you to an account page. Then go to FAQs, then in the bottom right a blue chat icon appears, and you can put in some details and get through to a real agent through that.
If paid by PayPal, just lodge a claim they never reply so you get your money back

As soon as you join a subscription service with automatic renewal you must cancel membership immediately after initial payment

Just contact the chat, find someone explain the story, and they will refund it. This has happened to me a few times, both on eBay/Amazon.
Finally got through chat picking some other options and they said they will refund. So, will wait and see.

Previously got a $30 voucher from ebay.
Purchased a $50 item from ebgames. The seller cancelled and refunded (out of stock despite indicating 3 in stock).
Got the $20 refund but ebay refused to refund the $30 voucher.
Kept opening up ebay chats until finally one rep said they would escalate.
Literally took hours to finally get the $30 voucher back.
