Help with Krone Box Wiring and Internet Connection Issue

Hi all,
I have recently got an internet service connected to my premises. I followed the steps as directed via dsl cable connection through modem. I am pretty sure i followed the directions correctly. I am unable to get internet connection using the instructions. Tech support for superloop not available for small business on weekends. When I open the krone box which is right next to the telephone ports, it seems like couple of wires (green and white) are not connected. Please see photo attached. Does something look off to you by looking at Web of wires. Does anyone know if they suppose to connected and if yes what numbered port does it go?
Thanks in advance

The wires coming through the wall are the line from the street. The thick blue cable that goes into the conduit connects to the two wall sockets marked TEL1 and TEL2.

For your internet to work, only two wires are needed. In your case, the orange/white pair in slot 2 has already been connected. That likely means only one of the wall sockets will be active, if your modem doesn’t work in TEL1, try TEL2.

The green/white and brown/white pairs you saw hanging loose don’t need to be connected, they’re just spares.

Typically, your ISP sends the signal down the blue/white pair from the street. Since there was likely a working connection for the previous owner, it’s possible the service was correctly configured using the orange pair.

If you’re still not getting a connection after trying TEL2, it could be that the blue/white pair needs to be punched down into slot 1. Legally, only a registered cabler can do this.
