    Yeah, this is advertising. It's also a saving on the regular price - but is that a bargain compared with other cleaners? Did Jack visit recently?

    I have no problem with people posting genuine bargains as a form of advertising, but it needs to be an actually bargain, and I'm not in NSW and have no idea if this is actually a bargain or not.

  End of lease cleaning is generally a scam, and is a predatory service class that came about because some real estate companies scam people out of their bond.

  1. Clean the place to the same standard as it was when you moved in
  2. Apply for release of bond before you hand over the keys
  3. If real estate agent requests receipts for cleaning, request receipts to show the place was professionally cleaned before you moved in. This will usually make them give up.

  It's important that you apply for the release of the bond before the real estate agent gets a chance to apply for the bond themselves.

    Mine in Port Melbourne refused to accept the condition the apartment was in, increasing the rent by 3 weeks beyond the term just to screw with me, of course only checking once a week and wouldn't "check" any quicker… the professional cleaner was furious having to go back 3 times for irrelevant things…

      As long as you have a paper trail of your notice to end the lease with their acknowledgement, you didn't have to pay that extra 3 weeks.

      In those situations, you should call up tenantsvic for advice.

        They told me it wasn't cleaned to their satisfaction, and would cost more than the few weeks to get back, so I dropped it and let them win…

          If you don't stand up for yourself, no one else will.

  Hi all,
  thank you for the feedback, this is the first time posting on oz bargain and we fully intend this to be a coupon and bargain, and not just some advertising.

  End of lease cleaning is a lot more detailed and time consuming, I don't agree with comments that end of lease is some predatory service.
  if you are looking for hassel free, and just need to be concerned about the big move on the day, thats why you would choose end of lease cleaning, someone who is going to work with the real estate to get your rental across the line. We are in contact with your agent, feedback comes back to us and if it ain't done right we go back out and sort it and do all the communication with them.

  Anyway, I have also published prices for transparency and so you know you are getting a discounted price, not some jacked up price
