purchased some in Feb that arent great, ones from Nov last year seem fine, all from amazon
Grabbed some bonds mens chafe off trunks for $15 a pair on big w online, I think they are better than step one
I've been rocking StepOne's since 2019, did another order in 2022. I can't say for sure if the quality changed between those 2 orders but haven't bought anymore in the last few years. I did the discounted orders for 15 pairs so they obviously lasted a good 3 years befpre some of them developing holes and then eventually ripping, mostly around the seams, particularly at the butt-cheek area like you had too many beans the night before and let one go. The material obviously deteriorates over time like any clothing. I'm sure some of the one's I bought in 2019 are still going too.
I've recently also moved over to Bonds Chafe Off and they seem like similar quality. Having only started wearing them in the last couple months I can't vouch for their longevity vs Step One but given that many people have said the quality of Step One isn't what it used to be, I think these are a good (hopefully maybe even better) alternative at the same price or cheaper when they are on sale or if you order when one of the Cash Back sites have a good cash back deal going.

Can you confirm if they actually have the Lycra panels? I've bought off AliExpress before (the man underwear ones) and they were just black fabric.
$1.50 for the first purchase at the moment, plus GST fee of another $1.40, total $2.90 per boxer with long leg.. I just created a new user and ordered. If it is good, Im gonna create more users and order more for $2.90 each.
Yeah they do on the ones I have. I haven't tried the Man branded ones.

Feedback on these always seems 50/50, so I just ended up buying one pair to test it out and bought two more pairs of Bonds Chafe Off Trunks which I have been using for six months and find them to be very good.
These guys' briefs also have a good pouch.
