Its been $20 most of the past 3 years now ….
Will wait for $10 deals now

  • How do you turn off the automatic renewal?

    • Go to manage your membership then you can cancel

    • Just use a bank account with no money on it

  • +2

So frustrating, my membership expires end of Sept and i can’t use this offer (or the CBA offer or any other offer).

Has anyone tried signing up with a different email address? How does that affect memberships if all your Kmart, Bunnings etc accounts are under your main email address?

    • +1

As far as I know you can totally create multiple accounts and just use that second onepass as the account for the stores you're using it with, but I have to imagine it's against TOS.

    • I went to cancel mine a few months back and they offered $20 renewal with a $10 kmart voucher (that I failed to use). Give it a go, it's all automated anyway.

      • +3

Unfortunately I tried to cancel yesterday and it offered me nothing, just told me how many flybys points I earned.

    • -1

I just went to cancel my renewal now, and it automatically offered me this $20 deal upon renewal. YMMV, but it says it'll auto renew once upon roll-over.

    • I just went to cancel - my auto-renewal was going to be July 2026 - and it offered me $20 off the next renewal. With kids, I am probably saving $20 a month - or one miserable trip to kmart/target/bunnings……

mwee hee hee mine just expired like 2 days ago. The cycle continues

  • Perfect timing. My membership expires September 15.

From my personal use , it seems not particularly useful. Delivery is painfully slow and doesn't work on many particular random items. My current sub was free and currently don't see myself renewing it.

    • +2

I use it for free delivery on Bunnings small items. Need a pack of screws or a drill bit? Get it the next day delivered for free. Of course a lot of that is "free" delivery through amazon prime already. And bunnings seem to have backed down on their next day delivery.. it takes several days now.

      • Yes, I remember ordering some batteries but I needed then fairly soon. Knowing that it was going to take 3 days to deliver id save myself the bother and go out and get them myself.

Is Onepass worth it for $20, considering catch is gone now?

    • +3

It can vary from person to person. My recommendation to you is to look up the stores the program offers. Consider what you would use it for, and whether it would save you personally any money.
For example, in my own use, I personally save a bit of money on Kmart delivery orders, by getting the free shipping. However, another person might not use that service and not consider that a worthwhile aspect of the program. Though, they might personally use the Bunnings aspects of the program and save money there.
With my personal usage, I do think it's worthwhile for me, considering my own use of the program.

But, if you think you just wouldn't save anything or use it much, feel free to skip the deal. Don't feel pressured into using it, or anything like that. These $20 deals for the program come around every now and then. So, if you later feel you want it, I'm sure you can just subscribe to it later, when a later deal comes around. :)
Have a nice rest of the week!

I bought a bag of concrete the other day, $7 delivered. If you are the kind of person who goes to bunnings every other weekend to grab one or two items it will quickly pay for itself.

  • I got offered half price when I went to cancel a few weeks back. Only just worth it at $20 although the last thing I ordered said it would be free delivery but then at checkout it said unavailable for delivery

    Thanks OP

  • thanks op, but what are the best perks?

    • +2

      Free Delivery

  • +1

Its worth it if you buy from kmart, bunnings, priceline, target, officeworks and instantscripts. No min order amount

But sometimes things are out of stock at kmart and they take ages with no updates

Are there any restrictions on Bunnings deliveries, say like a $7 power board?

What about garden stuff, like a sack of dynamic lifter?

    • +2

I just checked while using my current subscription. I put the $7.05 powerboard and a random "Dynamic lifter" soil thingy (never heard of that stuff before, so I apologise if it's not the right thing) into my cart. The total of both items came to $27.03 with free OnePass delivery. Before I even put the dynamic lifter thing into my cart, it said I could get the free shipping on the powerboard.
I don't know about other products, to be blunt. I just tried these two things at the current moment.
However, I am sure there probably are restrictions (though I can't make guarantees as to which ones). Such as bulky or larger items; I am pretty sure there would probably be delivery fees for stuff like that.
After writing that last bit, I decided to test it out. I searched "wooden boards" and added a $474 "ceiling lining board" (whatever that is) to my cart and had a look. It added a "Special order delivery fee" of $110. I'm pretty sure many other products would have similar things, and that the costs would vary, depending on what they are, cost of them, size, etc.

      I hope this helps. :)
Have a nice rest of the week!

      Editing to add:
On the Bunnings OnePass page, there are mentions of the free shipping delivery terms:
"OnePass members get free standard delivery on eligible parcel-sized* online orders when purchased via the Bunnings website or Bunnings app. This applies to Bunnings’ current product range available online, excluding Special Orders, Marketplace items, and gift cards. OnePass cannot be used in conjunction with PowerPass.
      *Standard parcel dimensions:

      Max weight 22kgs
      Max length 100cm x height 70cm x width 60cm
      Max dimensions 0.25 cubic metres

We currently cannot deliver to some remote postcodes but are working hard to be able to offer delivery options to as much of Australia as possible."

What are the odds? my membership expires on 22nd and it does not offer 20$ renewal, cancelled for now will see will it offer

  • +1

I have to say that Wesfarmers excel at creating some of the worst websites to complete a purchase on. I cannot, offhand, think of a worse experience.

That said, I bought 12kg worth of stuff, a watering can and a few odds and ends and it cleared for free delivery.
