  • Seems the RRP/WAS price is an error. $199 at woolies https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/1118084265…

That’s not sold be Woolies. It’s literally the same seller of this deal.

I think they meant it was previously $284, not the RRP of $1299

We bought a Kogan knock off thermomix for a similar price a few years back and it was pure trash; broke within about 2 months. Can’t speak to these, but I’m wary of anything trying to be a budget TM.

Checked out reviews and I came across this Reddit post - maybe a one off occurance? Couldn't find much otherwise. Odd.

Ordered through Big W - suspecting price error and thinking going through Big W might make them follow through with the order

thinking going through Big W might make them follow through with the order

Big W has nothing to do with the order beyond taking the payment (and a cut of it) and passing your details on to the real seller.

  • I got tha Aldi/Stirling one for $150 so this price point is possible
    Never actually used it…

The Reddit link above says Costco had it for $300 two years ago. It's not a price error, it's just a BS RRP.

    • I had the also one too. Lined up at 7am as it was meant to be the best thing in the world, and I had orders to get one or dont come home😂.

It was very sub-par. Food would burn on to the side of the bowl.

Thought it would be somewhat similar to a thermomix- throw in ingredients and set and forgets - but no, it was work.

A saucepan on the stove top was just as practical.

      Returned with in a month.

It's winking at me, like it wants me to be part of the overpriced "use once then off to landfill" conspiracy

    No Multo. No!

    • Multwo?

  • It needs a wifi connection for the tablet to operate the machine. There are no controls directly on the machine. I wonder if that means an internet connection too? You can't set up your own recipes, so much of its functionality is dependant on their servers still running.
