This is just $20 with extra steps lmao. What are they doing

    • +1

Haven't you spent the $20 on something else though?

  • +8

    Onepass more like desperatepass.

  • +2

    Terrible value.

    • +4

I disagree. I ended up with $300 worth of gift cards last year from this with just what I would normally buy at Kmart, Officeworks and Bunnings.

      • How did you do that?

        • You get 5x rewards for purchases and pickup in store..

          • +1

@cumova: If you’re buying from Bunnings, the points are meaningless. The PowerPass discount is ALWAYS greater than the points value. And you can only pick one.

    • neh!

What is the value after Catch died? Rest in Peace, Catch and One Pass.

    • Ironically quite possibly the final nail in the coffin for Catch

      • You mean OnePass?

        • +2

I mean OnePass being the final nail in the coffin for Catch. They were selling lower volumes and getting reamed with shipping costs while only charging a $4 per month subscription service.

And yeah, Catch not being part of OnePass won't help its longevity either.

          A "Catch"22 really

Getting 50c clearance items from Kmart delivered.

  • +3

It's Okay value IF you order from Bunnings, Officeworks, Kmart etc a fair bit to reap the benefits of free delivery and extra flybuys points. Not me lol.

    • +9

they actually deliver to me unlike amazon who think i'm too regional about half the time.

also the anko stuff is better quality and cheaper most of the time

    • +5

yeah all that Kmart end of line stuff that aren't stock in your state. It's saved me a fortune.

I just got a $20 sign up email

    • +5

The Bunnings bonus points was worthwhile for me, while I'm doing some renos and landscaping. $20 for the discounted Onepass membership and I think I racked up 25,000 bonus points

      • Hope you stacked with bunnings gift cards. 5x points is 2.5% back, and you can get around 2.25% off in shopback home gift card

        • Mostly yes. Now that they have the new gift cards i will do it more often. I've never really liked the old Bunnings gift card system with the 2 barcodes. It was a pain being left holding dozens of smaller $$ cards

          • @jellykingdom: Hm, I got a new gift card when using my old gift card not too long ago. They used to give u round numbers + give cash change. Is there another change?

            • @ATangk: They're now doing normal pay-down (?) type cards, where you simply keep the 1 card until it runs out of credit entirely. Like every other store everywhere

    • +1

Actually not quite you don’t get any extra points on delivery, only in pickup as I found out the hard way.

  • +1

As an existing member, you will receive a promo code via email. Redeem this code on the OnePass membership page to get next year's membership free.

  • +2

For $20 it’s a no brainer with free delivery from Kmart and Target, plus 5x points at Bunnings on non-discounted trade items. The bonus is it keeps me focused on buying only what I need instead of walking through the stores and grabbing stuff I don’t.

  • I just created a new OnePass account - where do I input my redemption code?
EDIT: found the Promo Code field after I selected the $40 annual plan.

  • Is there something similar for renewal?

    • Kind of. Play chicken with the "are you sure you want to cancel membership?", "no but really are you sure?" and eventually I got the membership reduced to $20 with a $10 gift card for renewing.

  • Should I wait for my 5 months to expire and then wait for this deal to roll around again?
Or just go now and add 12 months to my 5months with FlyBuys points?
