  • Solid pricing. Does every level have cameras?

    • +1

Over the coming weeks we will be installing cameras throughout the whole car park, yes! We'll also have security patrols 7 days a week.

  • FYI previous operator for this location is Secure Parking.

  • Used them a few weeks ago for the first time. Was a fairly good experience signing up online and then just driving up to the gate. Entry and Exit was both a seamless experience.

Was also previously a Secure parking (558 Little Bourke St).

  • I'm worried about spacing. Some car parks are so difficult to park in

    • +1

It's a relatively large car park with 474 parking spaces. Why not come along and give us a try! You're also welcome to walk through as a pedestrian to check it out first if you're feeling a bit worried.

Horrible review on google indicating large number of cars got broken into in this car park, maybe also factoring the cost of repair

    • yea this is near the Flinders St/Elizabeth St, junction, one of the shadiest areas in the CBD.

I would think a few times before parking here after 8PM.

      • I'm from Sydney but can attest to the shadyness of this locale last time I visited at night. It's amazing how a 5 mins walk can make such a difference in the Melbourne CBD…

    • @First-Parking, is this something you guys are doing? Installing cctv, making the carpark safer etc? It might be good to reassure the community….

      • +4

Over the coming weeks we'll be giving the car park a much needed facelift; improved lighting and signage, murals, and a deep clean including the lifts. We will also be installing cameras throughout the whole car park and will have security patrols 7 days a week.

  • +2

if you want your car stolen to broken into - this carpark is for you. Ive been a victim of both instances and refuse to park here ever again. no cameras on the individual floors and there are plenty of undesirables on the corner nearby

    • I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We will be installing cameras on every level of the car park and will have security patrols 7 days a week here in order to make it a safer space for our parkers and their cars.

      • When will the camera be installed ? Sooner the better

        • +2

The security patrols have already started, and we're working as quick as possible to complete the camera install.

These guys suck. They brought out my usual carpark and at first dropped the price a little. Didn't last long until they jacked the prices. They say they are flexible with in and out times but when most people use early birds in the city this doesn't help.

    • Opening promos are extremely common. I've found them consistently competitive with other car parks. The flexibility is excellent when you have a change in plans that means you have to go home. Happened to me with secure parking once and they charged me $65 to get my car out.

    • Where did they bring it?
