I need 2 new tyres. $470 through Tyroola. $338 at a discount tyre place. Even with 15% off their price, it's not worth the stuffing around.
Same here. Always get sucked into the price and then once you factor in installation its more expensive than even the major chain tyre places. And their only installer isnt even close nor cheap.
And those extras they try to peddle at the end about size fit and damage blah blah.
And i always end up at tempe tyres. Cheap. Price listed and range listed on website. Just rock up at any time and get it done.
I always use Tyroola for price beating at Kmart mycar, works really well
How much are you guys getting quoted for fitment? Lowest near me is $150. In my mind, that's standard - wouldn't pay significantly more.
Maybe it’s just because I’m on the Mid North Coast of NSW, but I’ve never been able to complete a sale on Tyroola. Shipping and local fitment costs always push the price above what I’d pay at a local tyre shop. Plus, the one “local installer” they list for me is a 20-minute drive away, even though there are six tyre shops within 2 km.
I was hopeful, but no luck - hopefully someone else can save a few dollars with it. Thanks OP for the post.
