• The 2% Deposit Match is based on Total Assets valued in AUD. The value of USD assets will be converted using the exchange rate on the settlement date of the asset into the Participants Webull Australia account.
• Any monies withdrawals and shares transferred out of the Participant’s Webull Australia Account during the Campaign Period will reduce the Participants Total Assets amount, which in turn reduces the Award Tier.

Total Assets Calculation:
•After the Campaign Period ends on 30/09/2025 at 5:59:00 pm, the Total Asset will be confirmed within 10 business days. To qualify for the full reward, Total Assets must be maintained for 12 months. The reward will be paid in two equal instalments. The first claim date is 31/03/2026. The second claim date is 30/09/2026.

  • Does this mean I can transfer my SMSF holdings (stock, not cash) to webull for ~6months and get 20k?

Tempting … accounting could be a PITA though.

    • You will need to hold 12 months to get 2% (20K) based on the T&C.

  • A reminder to include an expiry date in your deal posts whenever possible. In this instance, it is clearly displayed on your terms & conditions.

“Cash voucher can be redeemed via My Rewards” so the bonus is cash or some sort of voucher?

    • It is usually a "reward voucher" in My Rewards in your Webull account that you have to redeem, and usually within a certain period of time. Then a certain period of time after you have redeemed it (has been 2-3 days iirc in previous deals) it then shows as a credit to your cash balance.

it is a very tricky system … the voucher cannot be used for share purchase so if you have , say $200 voucher, you have to use your own cash to buy $200 shares first, and be aware, the voucher usually valued at $100 each, and can only be used 1 voucher per transaction, so if you get $1000 voucher, you have to use that in 10 x purchases each > $100 … the voucher won't apply on the day, usally a week or so after… sure they will give to you (unless they found an excuse not) but the experience is meh…I won't recommended it…it doesn't worth your hassle IMHO.

    • I don’t quite understand, so if you have $200 voucher, you’ll need to use your own cash to purchase shares and then they reimburse you?

      • -1

Yep.. you have to inject your own cash first.. then get reimbursed via redemption of the voucher… and the voucher is $100 denominated so say you bought $800 value of shares you can only redeem 1 voucher which is $100… to redeem your other vouchers, you have to trade more. The whole system design is purposely to get you trade more than you need to, and have traps (against common sense) on the way, so if you don’t read their terms and conditions word by word, chances are you won’t get the bonus. Sure, everyone should read the terms and conditions, however their intentions are just not genuine so if you believe you can outsmart them go for it, but just pay enough attention (which is why my personal view is it doesn’t worth it).

        • I believe the above was true for some of previous promos (e.g., A$1000 bonus split into 5 × A$100 stock trading vouchers + 5 × A$100 ETF trading vouchers).

For this campaign, the cash will be credited into the client’s account directly according to T&C.

          • @ashdophy: It simply doesn’t worth it as I mentioned, full of traps and tricks… the mentality of these companies are simply not genuine, that they would love to see you trade with them on good terms (that the cash incentives gives your an opportunity to appreciate their services and then you like theirs so you are happy to stick with them) instead, they trap you in so they can recoup some of the cash incentives or find excuses not to give to you at all. Again, you can always outsmart them, for me who is very used to deal with true ausise companies with genuine promotion offers, simply too much risk and not worth it at all.

If I have already signed up, can I transfer my portfolio to get the bonus?

    • This offer looks like to be for new clients only. Probably, check your app to see if there is any Match campaigns available for existing users.

  • What are the cost to transfer out the US shares after the deal ?

    • Webull doesn't charge anything on AU share transfer out. However, they don't support US Share Transfer Out currently.
