Stack with 10% off with $120 spend. Discount automatically applies at checkout with $120+ in the shopping cart on final payment page.

My Tips:

  • Spend $120 (max) for $30 cashback (cap per order). Cashback includes GST.
  • Wait till your order tracks before you pick up. You can cancel if it doesn't track.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the BWS mobile app. Pause or uninstall the BWS mobile app if applicable.
  • Based on previous feedback, pick up orders can only be placed at some BWS stores during opening hours.

It is recommended to use the TopCashback app, click the 'Get 25% Cashback' pink button to the BWS website (not BWS app), mobile data (not Wi-Fi) and Chrome browser.

TA's Tracking Tips:

  • Prior to using TopCashback, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave and close any additional browser tabs.
  • For iOS device: Apart from ensuring you’re not using an AdBlock app for Safari, the most important one is to ensure you have ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ turned off (see here).

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • Cashback is ineligible on Champagne, Penfolds and non-alcoholic products. Sparkling wine & non-alcoholic beer are eligible for cashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on orders paid partially or in full with WOW dollars or rewards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • You must accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the 'get cashback' button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.

      To my surprise, it is acutally 35%.

      Cashback is paid on the full amount before the 10% ($120 spend discount) is applied. So, while you only pay $108, CB is paid on the full pre-discount total of $120. 👍

          Woodford Reserve Kentucky (not the double oaked one) is currently on special from $81 to $69. With the 25% cashback, that makes it $51.75. Technically you're paying $69 but will receive $17.25 as cashback bringing the total cost down to $51.75.

          If you buy two bottles, it will come cheaper because of the added 10% off >$120 spend.

          Two bottles will cost you ($69*2) - 10% = $124.20
          Then the $30 cap Cashback = $124.20 - $30 = $94.20 for two bottles ($47.10/bottle)

    Cashback was tracked within 15 minutes for both orders I placed. A nice change from ShopBack that keeps you on the hook for over 24 hours waiting for the same.

        @subywagon It seems you have a missing cashback claim that is 'On Ice' as you mentioned here. The claim will be automatically taken 'Off Ice' after 7 days (after 9th Sep) and submitted.

        TopCashback does not add the tracking manually. You won't see it in the 'Earnings' page initially. After the claim is paid, then you will see the transaction in your account.

        After 9th Sep, you can check on the progress of your claim or add further info here.

        It would be several months for cashback to be paid for tracked orders or missing cashback claims.

        If you are not cancelling your order and claim, you would wait several months for the claim to be processed. There is usually little or no communication while waiting. TopCashback will contact you if they need more info.

    I put an order in for 2 x cases of craft beer totalling $158, got the $15.80 off so price ended up $142.20.

    Cashback tracked ($30), but somehow was declined and reason given "declined by retailer" ???

    Wonder why?

      Hey! Mild panic when I saw your comment so I ran a report and from the hundreds of orders today, there are thankfully only two declines. I reached out to BWS right away and they're investigating their auto-validation rules to find out what may have gone wrong. It could be related to VPN use etc, but won't know for sure until tomorrow. They told me to advise not to worry and asked me to reverse the two transactions back to pending from our end, which I've done. If you check your account you'll find everything should now be in order.

        Awesome, thanks for following that up so quickly. I do not use any VPN's, have add lockers turned off, and used the desktop website on a Chromebook. I did not cancel order, so sounds like I'm still in with a chance then for CB hopefully.

    for some reason doing pick up from my local store didn't apply the 10% discount, i had to choose delivery (which i was eligible for free delivery) to get the discount. not sure why

    The tracking shows the pre 10% price amount for tracking. In my case $122 purchase less 10% BWS offer (for purchases $120 and over) was charged $109.80. But tracked as $122 with the full $30 payable. Just a little extra bonus I was not expecting …. hopefully it does not get adjusted when it becomes payable.

    For those who like Barossa Shiraz there is a nice bundle deal for $45 before discounts:
    1 x Chris Ringland ($32)
    2 x Butchers Friend (2 x $22)
    (individually price totals $76). I bought two bundles. Add whatever you like to make up to $120. With 10% off for $120+ and 25% cash back works out to about $30 per bundle. Hopefully they are good.

    Should it matter if the final order confirmation/purchase page doesn't load up, for the sake of the cash back?

    Order confirmed, and in fact it has already been delivered within 45 mins (via Uber)! But after hitting pay, the final success/confirmation screen was just stuck perpetually loading.

    Still not tracked, but it hasn't been that long. Just wondering since others have said their purchase was tracked within 15-30 mins.

    Cashback never worked for me at Topcashback, stopped using it long time ago. Never had problems with CR or Shopback.

      On the TopCashback website (not app), you can check your last "click" to BWS or any retailer in this link.
      The time updates with each new click.

      To view all your clicks in the last 100 days, you will need to visit the missing cashback claims page on the TopCashback website (not app). Select BWS (or the clicked retailer) on the claims page in this link.
      Here is also where you submit a missing cashback claim for non-tracking.

        ok hmmm, annoying, it looks like my orders just aren't tracking then. but I've had the same problem with shopback and cashrewards with BWS.

        I just tried a different browser, it works in Chrome but not in Arc.

        Damn, I guess I will cancel the orders and re do them.

      Sorry to hear. As per "My Tips" in the post description, it is recommended to cancel the BWS order when it doesn't track.

      Otherwise you would be waiting for several months as mentioned here.
