Subjective but they'll be quieter than most full size keycap keyboards. And quieter than most mechanicals.
Ultimately they're membrane and not specifically designed to be quiet.
If you're asking whether they'd be suitable say for an office environment without annoying others. Yes. Should be fine

Decent keyboard, does the job. Just wish there was a light for the num lock.
Pretty more annoyed over not having CAPS LOCK indicator lights!
Bought this on the last deal for $19. Its a good cheap keyboard. I like it almost as much as my more high end logitech keyboard.

24 hours from order to arrival, not bad!
Make sure to dig the dongle and batterys out from inside the box, they are easy to miss if you dont rip it apart. Wedged into the side of the thin slot down the length of the box.
