yeah tested the 5060 very underwhelming for the price. You are a better off saving for a 5070 don't go any less.

    • Sad. I used to buy the XX60 series back in the day as it was enough for what I do. I just bought a 5070ti instead.

the 5060 series should be priced at 200 bucks thats how good this card is lol

Bunch of GPU dick swingers, that's a bottomless pit saving for the next best a 5070 is double the price. For someone who's never had an RTX card this will get you going. Underwhelming, that's relative. GPU benchmark did rate #1 bang for buck a few weeks back. I'd been looking at 3060 for few years waiting for them to come sub $300 and they just didn't budge, the 5060 is much better for your dollar.

Event the 4060 does better than the 5060 so its actually not best value

        • I rely on others to rate the best. Your wrong about the 4060, it comes 3rd behind 5060 & 5060Ti (on my preferred rating site GPU UserBenchmark) and…..and it's a 2yr old GPU. Underwhelm away. This is a good recommendation a you're providing inaccurate information. The 5060's also got a chance of getting some decent patches when its 2yrs old too (and the 4060 will be 4).

@Damngood: benchmarks applications don't determine compatibility with some applications and games. I have tested the 5060 and there was almost no difference between the 4060 and 5060 So it depends on what you do and what you play.

$512 delivered might be a bit high still for the Ozbargain users.
Should been less than this by now I would have hoped.

For reference - you can get the Asus duel 5060 on Amazon $512.08 delivered

This cards is weaker than a RTX 3070, a card from 2020. That is terrible.

    • Should slightly outperform it after a simple couple of tweaks out of the box, plus it won't fall to pieces with path traced workloads, and has frame gen and incoming additional support. That's 30 SM vs the 46 of the 3070.

Price needs to get sub-$400, much how like the 5050 needs to get sub-$300.

personally would rather save 90$ and get a used 3070.

  • Same here I have a rtx 2060 super, pretty happy with it but would be keen to upgrade. Sad the rtx 5060 is only a slight improvement over it!

  • Yeah… not at this price
