          I strongly dislike mis-advertisement. Can you please explain to me what it is they are misguiding people with here? I work in the tech-space, but I do not have a good grasp on display related specifications.

          Are they blatantly lying or are they upscaling?

            @iLikeBargainz: You see keywords like "Full HD 1080P Supported" atleast 5 times on the page. But you'd have to look hard to find that the projector itself is only natively 720p.

            So accepts 1080 signal but can only project in 720p ie. downscales the video.

            Most if not all these cheap projectors mislead this way.

      Just impulse bought this with a $20 coupon on amazon. For $80 and decent reviews, it was worth a punt.

      But let me know if that was not a good idea cause I got a couple hours to cancel the order :D

        Review: Works really well - also native 720p but tbh the image looks great for what it is. Its super quiet and almost no fan noise.

    Definitely not worth RRP $199, and at this price, on par with similar spec'd in Aliexpress. So it's a good price for Amazon local and returnable. Aliexpress is a nightmare for returns for these types of products

      Agreed - actually did some AI research and this came up only as a 'mediocre' deal.

      Unit is not native 1080p, you'll need almost a pitch black space to get the most out of it, and the internal speakers are crap. Proceed with caution, even at this so-called 75% off RRP promotion.

    There's another model from the same company that's only $42 (BL18-T). It's true 1080p but is less bright and lamp is less durable
