I don't think anyone thinks 10% milk fat is healthy. If your home made ice cream doesn't have at least 10% fat it's technically not ice cream but some kind of frozen dessert

Actually I do believe it is good for you. Girlfriend and I had icecream cones and sat in the sun.

The only one of these which seems a bit suspect to me is the Soy Emulsifier, and maybe the colours/flavour.
The rest are basically sugars. Bit alarming there doesn't appear to be anything dairy related which I thought was the main ingredient in iceCREAM

It's a shame, the Cookies and Cream flavour is particularly good. But the Streets cookies and cream is pretty damn tasty, and lets you avoid giving money to Nestle.

Not sure the Mrs does the shopping lol she only buys it if it is though, they used to have a mango macadamia that was so good. Don’t it eat often anyway but Panna is all we buy.

I haven't tried Pana but Woolies sells a mango macadamia icecream from Norco which isn't bad. 40% off until tonight.

Skim milk (without cream/milk fat) is the main ingredient for Connoisseur Vanilla.
For big name supermarket icecream, https://www.aldi.com.au/product/kapiti-kapiti-vanilla-bean-i… lists cream as the main ingredient, followed by milk. It is however priced 33% higher (regular price) than Connoisseur in this special.

The weather is so cold in TAS, they dont need ice cream. The weather is so hot in NT, that they need more power to keep it cold. So both got excluded.
