I have opened a ALL NAB rewards Signature card mainly due to the status fast track offer in 2024 which was great as I was able to stack with Accor Plus and my eligible stays to achieve Platinum which is active until Dec 2025. I was under the impression the fast track offer is ongoing and awarded every year as long as I continue holding the card with auto NAB points redemption into ALL. I have not receive any invitation to register for status fast track this year even after multiple eligible stays. I contacted NAB and they said the email is sent out by Accor so I need to speak with them. However Accor is saying this offer is one year only although I can still see this offer for 2025. Does anyone have similar experience if they are able to carry forward the status fast track offer and recognised in the subsequent years?
It may be changing with the new ALL Accor+ Explorer program coming in. I was in a similar plight, all ready to keep my Accor + Gold but you still have to pay for every year.
