    • At that price I'll probably do it again ngl

  • Is this the one you have to book 2 people at once? Or pay extra if solo?

Ok, I'm currently on a trip and would not recommend this company.
I'll add more information later but they changed the time of a tour and wouldn't refund us even though the itinerary says a different time.
Do not book with this company.

        Tripadeal
They were recently bought out by Qantas.
It's basically subcontracted to external providers.
It's about taking you to determined locations to provide the tour guide with extra tips i.e. local cafe is $15 AUD even though it's only 100k VND to actually eat there. The times estimated are so far under its exaggerated to be the minimum possible, example 5.5 hours is actually 7 hours on a bus through the hills, not once have we achieved the estimated time within 30 minutes. Even 2 hours turns into minimum 2 and half hours (one way). This doesn't sound like much but on a 12 day tour where the minimum travel time is 4 hours per day it's extensive.
This is just part of our experience the guide is great locations, most hotels, but you are paying for cheap and generalised tourist attractions.
I'm typing this on the bus, so feel free to ask questions 2 hours to go haha.

        • sorry to hear about your experience but we have the opposite. We've been in 2 different Trip-a-deal tours and we were very happy with both the trips.

    • Trip a deal is Qantas - or you talking about Travel Dream?

      • Tripadeal, who the post is about.
