Bunnings have the Dewalt 12V 5.0AH Battery for $64. AliExpress sell two for $64 and says it's original. Any reason why I shouldn't purchase a DeWalt battery from AliExpress? I have the 12V hammer drill kit that comes with 2x 2.0Ah batteries that can't even drill more than 3 holes in concrete per battery before it craps itself. 🥴
Apparently the AliExpress battery only have about 10-15% less charge than original batteries. They're 100% not original. Clones with inferior batteries.
Batteries inside are model 18650.Thanks for letting me know. I might settle for the Bunnings ones then. ☺️

Wow that's ridiculously cheap. I've got this driver, I've used it quite a lot, no complaints. Have driven heaps of 150mm decent width screws in for landscaping pine sleepers, some 200mm hex screws. In my experience the tool has not felt stressed doing the hardest drives I've put it through on big days. House is hardwood frame, no issues working on it.

I almost pulled the trigger on this, but realised I'd need a 12V battery system too, since the 18V are not compatible :(
