    We sincerely apologize for this, but we truly meant no offense.

    We should have design add more about “mum”—thanks for pointing that out! Moving forward, we’ll pay more attention to the spelling and pronunciation differences across English-speaking countries when designing.

    For example, this product uses the “mum” design:

    Since many members of our team are non-native English speakers, it’s possible that we sometimes overlook these differences during the design process. If we want to expand further into the Australian market, we definitely need to consider this more carefully. Thanks for the advice, my friend!

      Thank you so much for your feedback, friend. I checked our website and found that only some flag-style products feature the word “Halloween” spelled out, while certain customizable items allow manual input of “Halloween.” Perhaps we should add more of these products or include previews!

        In the interests of helping OP out, Dan was responding that Halloween is a tradition belonging really to the USA. In the USA they can't spell Mum properly, but hey if you want to celebrate basically an American tradition then go ahead and also spell Mum as Mom because that's the American way.

This time, we've set a universal price (for all sizes). You can search “custom Halloween” on Etsy and find many similar products starting around $26 for size M. We've used high-quality fabric.

      Hello my friend, thank you so much for your care and concern for the children — it really shows what a thoughtful and warm-hearted person you are. Honestly, if someone were close enough to recognize a child just from the letters on a cuff, that would already be way too close. Usually, these customized outfits are only worn for family gatherings, photos, or to share a little joy on social media. Kids wouldn’t normally wear them every day to unfamiliar places.

    Hi there. Having the name embroidered on the sleeve is mainly for personalization and sentimental value — not because we’re afraid of forgetting the kid’s name.And it adds a bit of fun when taking photos, doesn't it?
