  I was unable to find t&c. Would they require the winner to pickup the prize from the centre?

    Found the terms. Seems VIC only so I've updated:

    Winners and Prizes
    13. The Promotion is a game Of skill and the winner (Winner) will be selected from the pool Of eligible Entries by Centre Management, the Promoter or it's agencies in their absolute discretion.

    14. The Winner will be notified that they have won the Promotion via social media by 6:00pm (AEST) Monday8 September 2025 and must respond to the Spencer Outlet Centre representative as directed by 5:00pm (AEST) on Friday 12 September 2025 to claim the Prize. Centre Management will use reasonable endeavours to arrange a time with the Winner to redeem the Prize from Spencer Outlet Centre at a time and on a day which is mutually convenient to the Winner. The prizes are valid for three (3) years from issue.

    So yes you need to actually pick up from centre. They say it's a game of skill but it's just following accounts & tagging friends for entries, so ¯_(ツ)_/¯
