  Hey OP, I'm interested in a silk duvet but the information that you provided here and on your website doesn't really give me the confidence to buy, e.g. very little information about your company and how to contact you.

  I'm not really sure what clearance here is. You seem to start selling from mid 25, so how do you already have a warehouse clearance? What are the normal prices?

  Pricing also seems really odd here. For example, winter king duvet shows a discounted price from $550 to $435. Where does $550 come from when the summer one is $175 and the all season one is $265? This makes me wonder is this is an ad rather than a bargain?

    Your satisfaction is our priority. We are confident in the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, simply contact us, and we will gladly arrange a return and full refund.

    $550 was our original selling price. However, we've found that high-end silk quilts have not been selling well in Australia due to their high cost, and customers have a wide range of quilt options beyond just silk. Since our silk quilts are of exceptional quality—far superior to others on the market—our cost to acquire them is also very high. The price you now see, $435, is actually our cost price. We are only making a very small profit by charging a separate shipping fee.

    Our business started in March 2025, and our website launched mid-year. Despite our efforts in promotion, sales have remained consistently poor. As a result, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to close our business once the remaining 300 silk quilts are sold.
