Is Exynos still bad? I know the first few generations were trash, but haven't heard any reviews of the later gens except people just ripping on it without trying.
No, it's 5-10% slower in benchmarks, but you wouldn't know it in daily use, I have an S21 and it still lasts for about 30 hours on a full charge, the SD version probably gets 32 hours, but for a 4.5 year old phone, it's great.
Also TSMC are raising manufacturing costs for chips, so Samsung will be forced to use their own Exynos chips in future phones.

My S24+ holds well with Exynos, tho I didn't play any game on it.
my s24+ with exynos processor has poor battery life, won't last for a whole day. I'm not heavy user only social medial and not play game. Change to a poco costing half and never look back.
