    I have been looking for really good shine through but the truth is:

    PBT keycaps sound the best and the legends dont fade but it's really hard to make the shine through to be even. In many cases they always look faded that its still hard to see the characters unless the room is completely dark so might as well just get non shine through ones.

    ABS however is thinner and much easier to create a consistent shine through but they smear after prolonged use and they are usually thin sounding.

    You'll notice many gaming keyboards that really want to showcase their rgb shine through use ABS keycaps.

      GMK keycaps are ABS and are considered the cream of the crop, and yeah they offer a higher pitched sound compared to thicker PBT keycaps

      But the point is not all ABS keycaps are built the same
