    This will be absolute chaos

  • Don't think we got this deal when they set up in NSW but pretty good for their opening.

The lines do go quick but this deal sounds too good so expecting it to be very very long wait

    • Deal was definitely there, I queued up for the Burwood one when they opened.

  • Im not sure what this hype is all about. Tea taste alright!

    • yes!!!, when they opened in Melbourne CBD - there were like 200 - 300 people,,, now its just go and order

      • that's generally how hype cycles go, yes

        • +1

maybe the business should be open for 12month -> reno/rebrand -> open 12 month to keep the hype going, even closing for reno for 6month might still come out ahead.

    Just what box hill needed

  • Is it actually that good? Molly Tea opened in Haymarket/Sydney almost a year ago now and the lines are still super long. So long that I actually still haven't tried it lol

    • It is my favourite drink store in Melbourne CBD. Even without promos, there is always a queue

Their snowy jasmine milk tea is a must try

  • yay more ppl lining up at box hill sif the place wasn't already over run by ppl.

    • I know right! Don't you just hate when you're out in public and the public is there?

do ppl not feel paying $8 for a cup, half of ice, and some syrup and water is a major rip off?

    • it's popular, so no

    • I've tried their tea leaves they sold when Sydney opened, brewing those tea leaves tasted exactly like the Jasmine they have in store.

It's definitely a step above the other syrup places (Gongcha, Chatime etc)

  • another tea store in box hill, what could go wrong

  • surprised the council hasn't just made one day each month street food festival like chinese new year. Such a easy way to print money.
