Cheapest in-store buy of Dyson DC39 or better

Hi all,

Moving into a new house & in need of a good vacuum. Been targeting a Dyson machine for a while, but never got around to it (mainly it has never been cheap). Just wondering where will the best cheapest buy in store in WA? So far the sale guy from GG gave me $539 for it,and it's about $9 less than what they advertised for. It seems the cheapest as HN wouldn't do anything lower than $547. Will I get better price if i take that verbal offer to elsewhere? What's your experience? Would the people from Masters or other place which do "price beat guarantee" do that?

    Have you tried Kambo's? They are open to negotiation usually.

    wow..you sure about kambos…they're probably the most expensive among all the retailers in their list price. I called up today, and asked for the best price for DC39, the guy told me it's $589, and told me can't go any cheaper and cuz i can't find it cheaper anywhere else? WHAT?! Even master sell cheaper than him down the road!!! then he just silent, and said that's all he can do… Is he useless or what! Guess i'll just stick to a more well-known "less dumb" retailer..

    I think it's because when ever we've been down there, we bring a copy of the advertisement of some other store and we ask them to price match. It's always been in person when we negotiate plus we go to the store in Malaga. I think that's the original branch. Our entire family buys from them and they've usually given us a good price.
